All training modules begin with objectives and background of training topic including relevant terms and concepts. The SEWA Manager’s School successfully conducts training in areas related to technical skill development, general capacity building and management related skills. Various external organizations have expressed interested in participating in these trainings and as a result, SMS is creating individualized training programs targeting towards external organizations.

| • Exposure Visits |

| The SEWA Manager’s School coordinates and hosts exposure visits for outside organizations as a tool to learn more about SEWA operations and programs. To date, SEWA has hosted various institutions from Sri Lanka, Nepal, the Phillipines and other countries in the region. These visits are tailor-made, depending on the objective of the organization and length of stay and are organized to provide background on SEWA, a brief overview of its sister organizations and a more in-depth exposure and/or training in particular areas as identified by the external organization.
